How do I log my meals?

You can log meals by searching for foods, adding from your recent meals, or creating custom entries. The app tracks calories, protein, carbs, and fat automatically. You can also log meals by describing them in natural language for quick estimates.

Can I edit my nutritional goals?

Yes! You can update your daily calorie and macro targets anytime in the app settings. Your goals can be customized based on your personal health objectives, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or maintenance.

Is my health data secure?

Absolutely. All your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security protocols and work with trusted providers like Supabase. We never sell your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion by contacting our support team at support@bitesize.fit. We'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of your request.

Can I export my nutrition data?

Yes! You can request a complete export of your data by emailing our support team. We'll provide you with a downloadable file containing all your meal entries, goals, and progress history.

What platforms is BiteSize available on?

BiteSize is currently available on iOS with Apple Sign-In support. We're working on bringing the app to more platforms in the future.
